When an email is returned because of a hard bounce or a soft bounce I'd like to see that reason listed next to the email address. I'd also like the ability for that reason to be exported with the "export list" feature for bounces.

Would like the ability to create a PDF copy/file from my email campaign. Even to include the BM logo! This would allow me to fax and create hand-bills.

I just observed that one of your competitors is providing this service. They allow us to preview email in Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, AOL, and over 25 email service providers format worldwide from their control panel.

Is there any interest in having an event module whereby you can create and manage events with the option to take payments.

On the Create New List page ( http://ui.benchmarkemail.com/Contacts/Create ), could we insert a link below the List Name field that allows users to create the alias list name in a light box? The current system is inconvenient/hard to find and to change the list name that subscribers see I must first go to list management, then Edit - which is hardly intuitive.

Move the mandatory verbiage to the bottom of the document rather then to the right side of the document so viewers do not have to scroll to the right to see what is over there and then scroll back to document. All competitors have the verbiage listed below the document!

I have several clients, whom I need to bill separately with accurate documentation. I would like to manage separate master accounts, which generate separate invoices, but using my same email address for setup and admin purposes. Currently, sub-accounts all invoice together under one master plan, but my various clients have various needs, which can change from month to month. Managing all of this under one master account is difficult, and makes accurate billing a nightmare.

I think we should be able to have the unsubscribe and manage subscription boxes hosted on our webpage. If you can just give us the code for these boxes, we can put them on our site and then send the links to benchmark for approval. Once approved, you change our account settings so when someone clicks unsubscribe it takes them to our new page...not the benchmark unsubscribe page. This gives us the chance to bring more traffic to our site before someone unsubscribes...

I use the 'survey' as a means of registration for events and it would be great if an autoresponse could be sent - with details and thanks - immediately upon the person hitting the submit button.

Following the evolution of the tablet, why not create an application to be able to create, send and view our accounts not only through the iPhone / Windows Phone among others, but also through the iPad / iPad 2, and so forth?
